Studied architecture in Vienna and Barcelona, graduated 1998 from TU Vienna.
Lectures and workshops for craftsmen and enterprises on the topic of windows and its posing, the energy efficient building design and energy recovery.
March 2007 admission to the official list of KlimaHouse-Certifiers. November 2008 admission to the official list of KlimaHouse-Consultants. September 2008 price for the “Best KlimaHouse 2008“ with the refurbishment of House Glauber in Bolzano.
Since January 2009 docent at the Free University of Bolzano in the Second level master CasaClima for the design workshop.
Translation of the book “Costruire in legno – edifici a basso consumo energetico“ from Prof. Cristina Benedetti from Italian to German. The book was published in Autgust 2009.
2011 price for the best Climaouse Gold nature for the House Magnanelli in Montescudo (RI).
2012 price for the best project from “Urlaubsarchitektur.de” for the naturresidence Dahoam.
September 2014 Winner of the design competition for South Tyrol stand at EXPO Milan 2015. It was built in early 2015.
June 2015 winner of the competition for the design and the construction management for energy retrofit of 72 apartments in Bolzano, held by the Municipality of Bolzano within the european project “Sinfonia”.
2016 winner of the competition for the design of a green area on the roofs top of new apartments buildings in Druso East.
2017 winner of the closed competition for the modernization of Bolzano fair.
2019 winner of the Itas preis award for the best energy renovation of Mairhof in Parcines
2021 winner of the “Bigwood” competition for the “NOI-Bigwood” wooden tower project

Luca Molteni

Master degree in civil engineering and architecture from the university Politecnico di Milano.
Licensed engineer (Politecnico di Milano) and registered to the Italian Association of Engineers (Como).
After collaborating with the planning of the first CasaClima Gold in the area of Como and with the editing of Sustainable Energy Action Plans for some municipalities in the area of Bergamo, he worked for a short period in an engineering company in Milan.
From 2012 to 2018 he worked in various architectural firms in Munich, mainly in restructuring projects and new buildings in public and private housing.

Marco Ricca

Degree in architecture at Milan Polytechnic. After a collaboration at the City Life construction site, residential area, collaboration from 2012 to 2016 in Studio Asti Architetti in Milan, in the project of new construction and renovation projects for residential buildings and offices.
From 2016 to 2018 he worked at the Matteo Thun & Partners in Milan, in the project of a covered market.
Admitted to the profession since 2011, registered to the Italian Association of Architects (Verbania).
From 2018 he lives in Lana (BZ).

Serena Santullo

After two experiences abroad, Serena graduated in 2018, at Federico II University of Naples, with a thesis on sustainable architectural design and an in-depth study of bamboo technology in construction. Passionate about green architecture and passive technology, she then specialized in these themes by attending the 2nd level Master “Environmental Technological Design”, at Sapienza University of Rome, thanks to which she had the opportunity to work in the energy efficiency department of the ENEA Research Centre.
In January 2020 he moved to Bolzano, driven by the curiosity to deal concretely with issues related to sustainability in building construction, working at Michael Tribus Architecture studio in Lana.

Nicolò Cerulli

Born in Rome.
Master’s degree with honours in Building Engineering and Architecture at Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis about geotechnical engineering and landscape architecture.
Licensed engineer (Sapienza University of Rome) and registered to the Italian Association of Engineers (Rome).
After a first working experience in Civitavecchia (RM) he decided to move in South Tyrol, driven by his passion for sustainable Architecture and mountaineering.
He worked at “Michael Tribus Architecture” studio in Lana.

Davide Piubello

Master's degree in Architectural design and history at the Politecnico di Milano in Mantua.
State exam at the University of Ferrara – Department of Architecture.
In 2019 he moved to Turin as a founding member of a social enterprise that was dedicated to the creation of furniture and interiors with recycled materials.
From 2020 to 2022 he worked in Verona as a collaborator with the architect Nicola Mattarolo and the architect Davide Gusso.
In February 2023 he decided to move to South Tyrol moved by a great passion for sustainable and wooden architecture.
He collaborated in the competition of the square in Laces.
